Draftkings Lineup

Well it's been a month since I last put a lineup up so let's see if I can get back some of that old magic. This week is a week of divisional matchups and other important contests as the playoffs are rapidly approaching. That, along with injuries still decimating teams make predicting how players will perform harder and harder, however this week I think I got it.

QB: Tyrod Taylor, Bills $5,400
There has been so much talk this week about this game and I think Rex Ryan will have his players ready to defend McCoy and play hard. The Eagles defense while playing well against a beat up Patriots offense has had some major holes. I think those deficiencies will come back to bite them and the Bills will have a big day on offense.

RB: Lesean McCoy, Bills $6,100
This is a pure revenge game for McCoy and I think he's on a mission to make the Eagles and particularly Chip Kelly pay for trading him away for seemingly nothing. The Eagles rank 27th against the run and with McCoy already having a huge season, the added motivation will put him over the top. Watch out for McCoy to just run all over the place and catch a bunch of passes.

RB: James White, Patriots $4,100
With the injury to Dion Lewis someone had to step up to catch all those passes out of the backfield. White has filled in admirably so far for Lewis and really showed up against the Eagles catching ten passes. This Houston defense could cause some serious problems to a banged up Patriots o-line. With that in mind I think Brady will have alot of dump down passes or screens to White to slow down the rush.

WR: Doug Baldwin, Seahawks $4,500
Has there been any hotter offense than the Seahawks recently? Russell Wilson has been on fire the last couple weeks and Baldwin has been a major recipient of that increased play. Baldwin has 5 TD's in the last two games with 26.5 points and 41.5 points resulting from those games. Baltimore's defense has been just awful this season especially against the pass. Watch Baldwin run some serious deep routes against them and catch a few long passes.

WR: Mike Evans, Buccaneers $7,200
The Saints defense is one of the worst in the NFL. Watching them has been like watching a college defense try and take on NFL teams. With that in mind the entire Bucs offense could have an enormous day this week and I think Evans will be one of those players. As Winston's favorite target, he already catches alot of passes with high production but this week it could be over the top. The Saints have nobody who can cover him and with that in mind watch Evans catch alot of passes for alot of yards and a touchdown or two.

WR: A.J. Green, Bengals $7,900
While the Steelers have had the Bengals' number this week should be a shootout. The Steelers secondary has had some serious problems covering deep passes and have been plagued by poor safety play. With that in mind, Green could have a big day running deep routes considering the great season both him and Dalton have been having. The last game against the Steelers Green had 11 catches for 118 yards and a touchdown for 31.8 points, this along with the last two games having at least 24 points make Green a strong play.

TE: Delanie Walker, Titans $5,600
Walker is having a strong season this year as one of Mariota's favorite targets. Although he hasn't had alot of touchdowns this year, only four, he has 67 receptions for 800 yards. Over the last three games he has had at least 15 points including two of the games being over 21 points. This week the Titans face a Jets defense that although dominate against the run has struggled a little against the pass. If Mariota starts to struggle he will look to Walker even more as he is Mariota's safety valve on plays.

Flex: DeAngelo Williams, Steelers $6,000
Williams has been on fire filling in for Le'Veon Bell this season. The last two games Williams has had at least 23 points and has had only one game less than 15 points while starting for Bell. Last game against Cincinnati he had 15 points, although I expect him to have more this week with how hot the Steelers have been.

D/ST: Chiefs, $3,200
While the Chiefs have had only a couple bad games early on and besides that have been on fire this season. This week the Chiefs are facing the one dimensional Chargers who not only can't run the ball but also have almost no healthy receivers to throw to. The last time against the Chargers they scored 20 points as they held Rivers to only 149 yards and 3 points while intercepting him and forcing a fumble. I think Rivers will have similar trouble this week.
